1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all house maintenance services provided by LATI (“Company”, “we”, or “our”) to the client (“Customer” or “you”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Our services include general house maintenance such as cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, pest control, and related repair works. The exact scope of work will be defined in the quotation or service agreement provided to you before starting the job. Any additional or unlisted work you asked for will be charged separately.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure proper access to the property, including electricity and water supply. Remove or secure personal belongings and valuables before the work begins. Inform the company of any pre-existing issues or safety concerns at the site. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.
4. Materials and Work Quality
We use standard-quality materials unless otherwise specified. Customers requesting specific or branded materials will bear the extra cost. Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 to 90 days, depending on the type of service. The guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse, natural wear and tear, or third-party work after service completion
5. Safety and Liability
Our technicians follow safety procedures while performing maintenance tasks. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues uncovered during the work. The company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by factors beyond its control (such as power failure, weather, or structural defects).
6. Delays and Force Majeure
Service timelines may change due to unforeseen conditions such as weather, material unavailability, or emergencies. The company will notify the customer of any delay and reschedule accordingly.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or complaints should be reported within 7 days of service completion. Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably. Failing which, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts.
8. Acceptance
By confirming your booking or paying an advance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
